These Terms of Service govern your use of the QuickChat platform provided and operated by QuickSend (Pvt) Ltd. By accessing or using our omnichannel messaging services, you agree to comply with these terms and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy.
1. Services Description
QuickChat enables multi-tenant organizations to manage customer interactions across WhatsApp Cloud API, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram direct messages in a unified collaborative inbox.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Users of QuickChat agree not to transmit unsolicited spam, unlawful materials, abusive messaging, or violate Meta’s WhatsApp Commerce and Business Policies. Accounts found transmitting deceptive or harassing messaging will be terminated immediately.
3. WhatsApp Template Policies
Message templates created via our platform must follow Meta’s categorization guidelines (Marketing, Utility, or Authentication). Approval decisions are maintained solely by Meta Platforms, Inc.
