User Data Deletion Instructions
Compliance with Meta Platform Terms & GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure)
In accordance with Meta Platform Rules, QuickChat (operated by QuickSend (Pvt) Ltd) provides straightforward mechanisms for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp users to delete their personal data and interaction history from our systems.
How to Request Deletion:
Option 1: Automated Deletion via Email
Send an email to our Data Protection Team at [email protected].
Please include your WhatsApp Phone Number or Facebook User ID. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and issue a confirmation tracking code once deletion is finalized.
Option 2: Disconnect via Facebook Settings
- Log in to your Facebook profile or Business Manager.
- Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
- Locate QuickChat in the list of active apps.
- Click Remove to revoke all platform permissions and trigger automated token revocation.
What data is deleted?
Upon receiving a deletion request, we permanently erase all customer profile records, phone numbers, cached media attachments, and message transcripts from our MySQL database within 48 business hours.
